Query - If the Tier 2 is for personal use and each of the startups added will allow the owner to view/edit/delete all the startup data, how does the portfolio manager feature differ wrt ownership & accessibility of the data?
Will the portfolio manager feature allow the owner to add new startups (20 now with the option to buy more) and not be able to view their data...

They will have the ability to opt-out of the portfolio and take the data with them. In your case, regarding the agency, there will be a designated person who is the administrator of the portfolio.
