Q: Hello,
I have bought 5 codes and made some tests on 1 resume.
Here is my questions : - the phone number to scrap was : +212 (0) 664 xx xx xx The phone number stored was 664 xx xx xx How can the problem be solved ?
- I saw that I could only load 10 resume at a time. How can I load more ? How can I automate the scrap with a tool like make.com ?
A: Hello, We will look into the parsing output that you mentioned. We do not scrape data of any platforms. And I will check on if more resumes can be parsed at a time.
I think you misunderstood the question. The person wants to integrate the API with Make. Your documentation is very basic, not helpful to business owners without coding background. Can you provide more information on API integrations for those of us who do not know how to do them? I have the same question. If the documentation is not more basic, dumbed down for those of us who don't know, you will likely lose a lot of potential customers here.
Is there a possibility to use it with more than one client. For example in HR to give employees the possibility to use the tool to improve their CVs The InputData shouldnt be stored for the past - for this usecase. Is this possible?
A: We currently do not store information on the parsed resume. The focus is on providing resume parser APIs that you can use to parse the resumes and then later you can use this information the way you want. This may include storing information on your side.
However, we would like to know more about your use case to understand what you are trying to achieve.
Well after I upload a bunch of resumes and it "bulk" parses them, it would be nice to be able to do some "things" with the data. (1) Save the parsed batch (so I don't use more credits doing it again) (2) Compare/Contrast the different resumes data (3) get a "count" of keywords or other information. Looks like this has potential, but I'm struggling to identify a good use case to keep it right now.
We give you information back in the form of JSON or API output you can use this information and store it on your end. We may soon introduce CSV output so that you can store it in that format. Or you may build some solution on your end to use this information and store it the way you want. Regarding, comparing resumes or keyword count - we are already doing that as part of CVViZ - ATS solution (which is also available on AppSumo) - there we have both of these solutions available. You may want to check.
Currently there are two important use cases we serve - 1. You can parse resumes in bulk and export that data to JSON format. We will also introduce CSV format soon. This way you can quickly extract information given in resumes and store for yourself. 2. We provide you resume parsing APIs so that you can build direct connectivity with parser. This way you can submit resumes from your end, use our APIs to parse it and then use the JSON output for whatever purpose you wish to.
Q: I really like the start of this tool and where it can go.
Do you have a roadmap? I'd love to put my own "inputs" into a template and then upload lots of resumes and see which resumes are "most like" my template (i.e. job hiring post). Any chance of this in the future? Thank you for a great start.
Without that functionality in this tool, I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to use it long-term, even for the few things I'm looking to do. Thank you for the great start, but probably should have a a bit more functionality to be useful.
A: This is just a start for this product. There are a few things we would like to do. We are not making it public at this stage. We are also interacting with our users' or potential customers' for the prioritization.
A: Yes we are GDPR compliant. Data processed with servers in Dublin. I am not clear about your question on "Privacy Options" - What are you referring to?

Q: what does 1,000 credits per month means ?
planning to buy but was not sure what it meant.
Amit_CVViZ
May 14, 2024A: It means you can parse 1000 resumes per month. Every time you parse a resume that’s 1 credit.

Q: Do you save the "parser" information after running a set of resumes?
I noticed that I navigated away from the screen and I lost the results. Then I have to use my credits again for the same batch?

Q: What 1 credit allows to do?
Amit_CVViZ
May 15, 2024A: When you parse resume once - that is one credit.
