We are pleased to share an in-depth review of CVVIZ, an applicant tracking system we integrated into our recruitment process four months ago. Securing a lifetime license through AppSumo, we have consistently leveraged CVVIZ to streamline our hiring operations, and it has proven to be a transformative addition. Prior to adopting CVVIZ, our team trialed various applicant tracking systems, facing multiple hurdles, from inefficiencies to high costs. To effectively attract talent, we had to subscribe to additional platforms like Naukri.com, Monster, LinkedIn, and Indeed, which added significant financial strain.

The implementation of CVVIZ has brought remarkable improvements, transforming our recruitment process into a smooth and highly efficient experience. Initially, we utilized CVVIZ for job postings alone, but as we witnessed its effectiveness, we discontinued our subscriptions with other platforms, choosing to rely solely on CVVIZ. With CVVIZ, the entire recruitment workflow—from crafting job descriptions to posting vacancies—is now streamlined, requiring minimal effort and drastically reducing the resources we once allocated to recruitment.

Although we encountered a few initial challenges, a consultation with Amit provided invaluable insights on maximizing CVVIZ’s potential, addressing all our questions comprehensively. Since then, CVVIZ has become integral to our daily operations, and we have extended its use across all affiliated companies. Every claim of every single feature there is there. Technically.

I've bought a code and sat on it for quite some time. I'm still waiting for them to fix the website's clunkiness, but I have yet to see much change. It needs to be mobile-friendly, which may not be a dealbreaker for some. I'm not too fond of the -constant- clicking. There are better designs out there that let you evaluate faster and send candidates to the next part of the process. I go through 100-200 resumes a day, and this is not a fast system for that.

Another dealbreaker is that I was attracted to Gmail integration. The businesses I work for and am employed by all use Google. It's been under verification for 6+ months (at least while I've had it). This means I cannot connect to my preferred integration type. This also sucks.

If you're working on changing these, I can't wait to buy all stacks.

It does almost as much as a $6000/year ATS, and it keeps getting better! I look forward to using CVViZ for decades to come.

CVVIZ has a lot of potential, but it is missing several key features that would make it a go-to for staffing firms like mine or for use internally within organizations. It does work as intended, but...

I'd recommend placing a feature to submit product feedback and suggestions on the website and a direct way to contact your team on the website (outside of the email address we are provided). Truthfully, I had to dig around the website until I found the email address. At a minimum, I would have expected the email address to be listed in the support section and the website's footer where I found it.

The job application only allows one document to be uploaded, but there are times when I would like to request additional documents. I recommend having the ability to have applicants upload more than one document and the ability to name the document they are uploading. Also, I would like to recommend that the platform admin have the ability to list specific documents to be uploaded within the upload portion of the application.

CVViZ has potential, and I await upgrades and updates.

I've built many businesses over the years and recruiting has always been a nightmare.

Manually tracking applicants was a pain... then there's the tracking of progress, note taking, evaluations, responses... the list goes on and on.

This tool is robust and does what it says it will do.

We posted a job and within 48 hours it had spread across major job boards at $0 additional cost. It's impressive.

Managing the responses has been made easy with this tool. Fantastic capabilities for note-taking, objective interview evaluations, interview scheduling, adding documents, and more.

* LOVE the AI-powered skills evaluation. Pretty accurate.
* LOVE the user interface. Takes a minimal amount of time to get acquainted and up and running.
* LOVE the ability to ask additional qualifying questions. (Others have noted this is a simple implementation currently... it's true. However, it's still beneficial to be able to add a few extra questions to help determine if the candidate is a fit for our organization. We can ask additional detailed questions during second stage automated interviews managed by other software.)
* LOVE the support. I can submit a question and get accurate help within 24 hours.

Candidly this is a great tool for any business looking to hire staff... my only complaint is that I wish I had discovered this much sooner.
