Trying to add domains, didn't work, now been waiting 3 days for support and no answer. Their customer success team emailed me but seems totally disconnected from the support team, who is not getting back.

I can confirm that the team replied to my query. It seems that the business alias email I am writing from was blocked for some reason, and they answered very quickly to my request when I sent the email from my gmail account. The team resolved the issue in less than 1 hour, thank you!

A: Hello Egor, by folded banner mini logo , if you are referring to the revisit consent icon that displays on website (clicking on which opens the banner), then you can change that icon by navigating to the Consent->Banner menu, Content tab, Revisit Icon section and upload your custom icon file. If you have further queries, you can reach out to us at support@cytrio.com.
Hi Egor, the issue was happening because the switch 'show company logo' was disabled. Now, the close button is showing correctly. Please check. Also, please reach out to support@cytrio.com for prompt response to any technical issues/queries. Thank you.

A: Yes, in the Consent->Banner menu, under the Content tab, go to 'Cookie Notice' section. There is a switch 'Show company logo' in that section. You can disable it.

A: Hello 'You can use Tier 3 license purchased on AppSumo to manage domains & web sites that are owned by you. It can not be used to manage web sites that are not owned by you or to provide managed services to 3rd parties.
