Q: Bugfix and future
I'm currently evaluating trial before considering this, but there are lots of bugs and I have some questions about the future of the project.
1) Any roadmap
2) Login for the windows app is a tiny tiny tiny window and it fails to login or progress after that.
3) You seem to not allow privacy services like cloaked to use emails, which I assume is to prevent trial abuse, but it's annoying.
5) Autogenerated chapters > 1hr, like 1hr20m make the time just 20, also any chapters within 5 min or so of the end fail with out of range messages, even those made with the ai generator
6) Can we use our own AI keys or copy/paste our own transcription with timestamps?
7) What if we run out of time credits? Can we buy more?
8) I can't seem to get any of the results of interactions, quizes with wrong answers do nothing, feedback forms don't show up
9) 4?

Sorry for the delayed response. Doing my best to answer all questions with care.

2. There is an issue with windows login, it has been reported by multiple users and we are working on the same. Please leave a message on intercom, so that we can drop you an email+message once the fix is live.
3. Noted, will see if we can relax it, but don't want to promise the same.
4. I didn't get this one - are you mentioning that the chapter timelimits could be customizable?
5. If you are referring to automate copy/paste with AI - not at the moment. Our API access will allow you to upload videos from external sites to dadan.
6. As of now no. But will consider if there is enough request.
7. Could you please share the video URL on intercom, will ask the team to look into this.
user909PLUSNot intuitive, some of the items in weird interface locations, clicking the i from shared videos or my videos, then can click shared links or to view answers, you have to click like editing interactive items in the edit menu, click interactions, click the gear, then click (summary) or responses, then on each listed you can click modify to see that individual entries answers, but not all show up.
