After the upgrade, I can't use my 5 seats, I already contacted support three days ago, but no solution. I got tier 3 since the first time, but the seats are not working, accounts are not upgraded, and I cant eliminate seats to assign new ones, can you check it please? I love your software. It is useful to me in some many use cases. But after version 2.0 the processing time, even for very small videos, such as 1-2 minutes videos, sometimes are getting 2h or more. Are you aware and trying to solve that? (not trying to bother but I root for your success and I am afraid this can affect your image)

A: Hi there, there has been a spike in server usage since the migration which is causing the video processing delays. We are working on the same right now to have it sorted soon.
Q: With the recent update, how do you stop the recording without showing the main extension toolbar?
Even when you select the option to hide the toolbar with the recent update, there is no way to hide the main extension toolbar when you need to stop the video. To replicate this, please try to record a video to see what I mean. You still need to open the main extension to stop the recording, which then forces that toolbar to appear in the video near the end. This should be hidden from the recording as well, like it was before the update. Please fix this.

A: Hi there, totally understannd this. The shortcut will now allow you to start the extension, we will add shortcuts to start and stop recording in the next version.
Q: Why am I unable to see my video? My videos are still processing.
I keep waiting, but my videos do not appear because they are still processing. I want to understand why this is taking so long and if there is anything I can do to speed it up or fix it.
