Hi there. I bought Dadan Tier 2 and just activated it. I followed the instructions and somehow I'm on the Trial Plan, not the Professional Plan. I can't find anything anywhere to contact support so I'm asking for help here.

This is a straight forward fix, once you click launch dadan from your appsumo product page, it will activate the license. In some case you have to logout and login to see the license updated.
Q: Desktop screen recording take so long to render
Why some of the video screen recording take so long to render? For the first 5, it took about less than 1-2 min. Then when i create the 6th, 7th and 8th video screen recording, they are taking ages to render. It has been about 12 hours now, but all of them still "rendering".

Hi, we have released multiple enhancements over last few months and many cases are one off. We have seen VPNs, Ad blockers, Anti virus software, etc. cause issues with upload. We continue to navgiate pass them as we encounter the same. If there is any issue with video upload/rendering please drop us a message on support. We have also introduced logs in extension recorder to figure out in detail.
Hi, I'm considering buying dadan but I'm a Macbook user. I know i can use the chrome extension but guess it has less capabilities. When will be available osx version? thanks

Was this issue fixed/rectified? I ask as I have a tier 5 stack and I want to know if this is what I'll have to deal with as well if I run into issues.
