Since our users are from EU... Is tracking for users and those who they share the demo with performed through e.g. cookies or server side tracking?
I am asking because, would a cookies notification be necessary? Ideally I'd like to avoid such a pop-up.

Tracking is only tied to an identifiable person once they give you their contact details (form fill, invite, or bulk import). Anonymous viewers are tracked at a behavioral level, without personal data stored against a named individual. And on the capture form itself, you can add your own consent note - so consent is handled right at the point...

One final question: in this distributed setup, who pays for each partner’s API usage? Can partners use their own API keys, or is all consumption charged to the main account?
Dale's own API (links, webhooks, engagement data) is covered under your account - not charged per partner.
The only bring-your-own-key (BYOK) part is external AI features, and that key sits with the account owner, so consumption is on the main account rather than individual partners.
