Hi, if we were to start on Tier 3 to test it out for a while, can we upgrade to Tier 4 if the deal has left Appsumo at that point?

A: Thanks for the kind words!
Quick answer: AppSumo only lets you upgrade while the deal is live. Once it's over, you can downgrade but not upgrade - the higher tiers aren't available to buy anymore. So if you think you'll want Tier 4's headroom, it's safest to lock it in while the deal is still running.
Q: Can I set a deadline to allow someone to watch?

A: Not yet - setting a deadline or expiry on how long someone can watch isn't available today. It's on our pipeline though, so link expiry is coming soon. Good ask - I'll note it as another vote to prioritize it.
Q: Can I change all of the wording of "Demo" to a service based industry? Also,
please add many more direct email integrations like Aweber, Highlevel, Encharge, sendfox, instantly, INBOX, Vbout. Every one except Aweber/highlevel, have been on appsumo. We are NOT Salesforce or Hubspot folks so I'm truly asking to start the direct integrations so we also don't have to use Zapier. Thank you

A: Two things:
Changing the word "Demo" to service-based wording: The viewer-facing content is all yours to write, so anything you author (page titles, topic names, intro, descriptions, CTAs) can use your own service language throughout. Relabeling the small built-in UI button labels isn't available yet, but it's on our pipeline - so soon you'll be able to shift those to fit a service context...
