A: If you hit your contact limit, you’ve got two options:

1. Clear space yourself. Contacts are a rolling list, not a permanent count - you can delete contacts you no longer need (closed, cold, or inactive ones), and each deletion frees up a slot. Deleting a contact also removes their engagement data, so it’s a clean removal. Only identified contacts count, so anonymous viewers never eat into your limit in the first place.

2. Buy more. Yes - monthly add-ons will be available to top up your contact limit (as well as seats and published demos), so AppSumo folks can expand beyond their tier without a full upgrade.

So you’re not stuck either way - prune what you don’t need, or buy more room when you’d rather keep everything.
