I asked about agents when I purchased and you mentioned they'd be out in April. I asked again in April and you then said May. May has now come and gone, during which time you posted a video showing how agents would work and that it was coming soon (roughly 1 week ago) and now you've pulled that video from your youtube. What is happening with this team? Will agents ever get released? Why did you post the youtube video and then remove it? This is very unsual behavior for a platform. The lack of communications and disconnect you have from your customers in the Western market has been hard to understand. You don't talk with us or share updates at all. Just silence until we say something. Why is that? When will agents be released now?
