Q: Can you confirm which Tiers include White Labeling V2 ?
Although you answered back in 2025, the current Tiers table is confusing and not clear to know exactly which Tier plans will include full White Labeling V2. Can you clarify, please ?

Apr 17, 2026A: Hi Attirail! Thanks for following up on this. To clarify:
- White Labeling is available starting from Tier 5, so if you're on Tier 5 or higher, you’ll be able to use it without issues.
- Also, on the official Diaflow listing on AppSumo, the feature availability is outlined there as well, which should help confirm what’s included in each tier.
Cheers,
Contradictions like these make me opt out of this deal.

Hi Attirail. The information you're referencing is from 2025 and reflects our legacy version. With our platform's major upgrade, we have restructured our tiers to better optimize the feature set for the current release. Consequently, White Labeling is officially available starting at Tier 5. We’d love to have you on board for this new era of Diaflow! Let us know if you have questions.
Sorry but that it's totally false, taking into account the credit ratio after the credit system update. Tier 4 of 2025 is the exact equivalent of Tier 4 in 2026. Tier 5 is a totally new addition with higher monthly credits. Again contradictions like these make me opt out of this deal because there's no guarantee that deal terms may change unadvertised under biased pretexts.
We’re sorry to hear it didn’t meet your expectations. Our goal is to continuously improve and align our plans with user needs. Your feedback is truly valuable, and we’ll take it into account as we refine our offering. If there’s anything specific we can clarify or support you with, we’re here to help.
Your answer doesn't contradict my statement about Tier 4 of 2025 being the exact equivalent of Tier 4 in 2026 in terms of monthly credits.
Tier 4 is a higher tier and an important investment. Sorry, but it is just absurd to treat new T4 users different in comparison to last year.
