Q: Is Diaflow support still active? 1 month, 2 follow-ups, no reply!
On May 21st I submitted a support request about what seems to be a fundamental issue: passing a reference image via the Image Source field fails across image models – tested with GPT Image 2 and Nano Banana, same error every time. The entire workflow breaks the moment a reference image is involved.
This is not a model-specific bug. Every other AI tool I use handles reference image input without any issues. In Diaflow, it simply doesn't work – which is blocking an active client project /workflow.
I've followed up twice. The only response was an automated confirmation email.
My questions:
Is support still being monitored?
Is Diaflow actively maintained/developed?
Has anyone else encountered this or found a workaround?
What alternatives can you recommend?

You're right to be frustrated, three weeks with only an auto-reply is on us, and I've escalated your ticket with our CS team directly.
Quick context on the bug: GPT Image 2 and Nano Banana both saw huge demand spikes at launch, and we've been working with the providers to guarantee quality on reference image input through their APIs. The fix is done, it should be working fine already.
Diaflow is very much actively developed. Send me your workflow ID and I'll make sure your case gets reproduced and answered with a timeline this week, I know it's blocking client work. We deeply apologise for this issue since our business scaled up, we are trying to scale up to make our customers happy as well.
