Simple Setup and Impressive Results
I used Diaflow to automate the extraction of unstructured data from multiple PDF's in various formats, classify the data, and convert it into a clean, consistent structure. It handled completely different layouts—from single-page to multi-page PDFs—without any issues, and I had everything set up in just 3–4 minutes. This is just one use case. I’m already planning to use Diaflow to streamline other workflows as well. Highly recommend—great value and seriously impressive results. You won’t regret grabbing this!

Extremely powerful – Diaflow takes automation to the next level with outstanding support!
Hello everyone,
Today, I’d like to share my experiences with Diaflow. After several intensive days of working with this software, I’ve found it to be worthwhile in many respects – despite a few minor difficulties, which were often more due to my own understanding than any shortcomings of the application itself.
What impresses me most is the ability to flexibly customize automations while using integrated Large Language Models (LLMs). This unique combination opens up completely new and personalized automation possibilities tailored exactly to the needs of one’s own business. Of course, using LLMs requires that the prompts be precisely crafted in order to achieve consistent results – which ultimately depends on the user as well.
Another plus is that the automations created can be presented as apps. The chatbots also assist me with specific tasks in my daily work routine. It’s often criticized that credits on AppSumo are used up very quickly – something I personally can’t fully relate to. Even though I upgraded to Tier 3 after a short time, the possibilities grow to 50 thanks to the extensive automations and apps – and despite intensive testing phases, the credits are more than sufficient for me. I therefore wonder what kind of expectations some users have for particularly complex automations.
Overall, I’m convinced that Diaflow deserves a much higher rating and has become an absolute insider tip for me. The support is so far one of the best I’ve experienced on AppSumo – every request is answered individually and often explained with helpful screenshots. For me, this is a decisive factor that ultimately determines the long-term quality of a product.
Looking ahead, I especially hope that the frontend will allow the addition of custom translations – currently, the options for language customization are very limited, which is not ideal for a customer-facing app. It’s also absolutely essential that more powerful and up-to-date LLMs are added in the future. My biggest wish – which is unfortunately still completely missing, but where Diaflow has huge potential – is the ability to restrict access to self-created apps for specific user groups (e.g., via email addresses or links), introduce a monthly credit limit per app user, and set time-limited access (e.g., 1 month). If these points are addressed and minor bugs are fixed, Diaflow seems to me to be the best purchase of 2024/2025.

Very useful, don’t miss this tool!
Diaflow offers an impressive no-code platform for building AI-powered tools and workflows. The intuitive interface makes it surprisingly easy to create useful applications without any coding knowledge required, however, there still is a learning curve. With more tutorials on the way soon hopefully, this will become easier to understand.
What stands out most is how effortlessly you can connect different data sources - whether from databases, APIs, or documents. This connectivity transforms scattered information into cohesive workflows that actually save time and reduce manual tasks.
While Diaflow provides several pre-built templates for common use cases, they would benefit from fixing some of their existing templates and expanding their template library. Adding more ready-to-use templates would make this already user-friendly platform even more accessible for newcomers looking to get started quickly.
Overall, Diaflow delivers a powerful yet simple experience. With some template improvements, it could become the perfect solution for anyone wanting to harness AI without the technical headaches.

The tool you almost passed up on...I know I did!
All right so originally when I saw Diaflow I was like OK that sounds cool but what am I gonna use this for? At the time I was still prompting ChatGPT and started getting to know it's project folders and where I could save information into but the biggest issue was that it wasn't saving any information when the chat got way too big. So I searched and scoured the Internet for a solution, and I came across a competitor of Diaflow in a YouTube video and then I realize that there's an app on Appsumo that can do this and it's Diaflow.
What I love about Diaflow is that you can chain link different LLM models together in a seamless fashion. For me this makes content creation easier than anything I've ever done before.
I bought the top-tier version of this.
Although there was a learning curve, I was able to use ChatGPT separately to help me navigate and understand Diaflow a lot faster than their own help docs.
Just for context I have no coding experience, but I was able to spend a total of 16 to 24 hours understanding how to use this software and it blows my mind of all the possibilities that I could do with this.
The only con is that there's really hardly any support and there's no live support and their calendar to jump on the support zoom call doesn't work at this time so I'm hoping all of this gets fixed soon.

Awesome at first, but the Diaflow credits kills this deal
At first, the deal seems perfect, but when you use the tool, you realize that all sorts of actions consume these diaflow credits. And that even makes Tier 4 absurd. Unlimited automations? Pff, yeah. But you don't even come close to using that in ANY productive environment.
Let me explain, you have 50,000 credits per month (Tier 4):
- For example, web scraping costs 20 credits.
- For example, HTTP requests cost 10 credits.
Imagine building a single flow, a single cool automation that's a little more complex, just a little! You easily reach a credit consumption of 60 per call. And now what?
With the 50,000 credits, you can call this single flow about 833 times, at which point your monthly credits are used up. Do you have four similarly complex flows/automations? Well... then you can access each of them 208 times per month. Is that a lot? No. Not if you have 10 users who are supposed to access this automation. Let alone 1,000. This deal is only for private users, and even then, it's limited.
Need a simpler example?
Scraping a Website uses up to 20 Credits.
1 of your flow user -> 2500 scrapes per month (okayish)
10 of your flow users -> 250 scrapes per month (umpf)
100 of your flow users -> 25 scrapes per month (uh oh)
They promise "unlimited" automation. This may be correct. But as I said, the credit system blows your plan. :)
Think BYOK is the solution? Not at all! This way, you won't have to use Diaflow Automation credits on nodes that support BYOK; of course, that only applies to a few, you know - these AI Nodes (ChatGPT etc.). HTTP requests, web scraping, etc., always go to the rare, expensive Automation credits.
Honestly? If you have bigger plans, stay away. Yes, you can buy more credits, but they're so ridiculously expensive, it's insane. 44,000 credits, for example, cost another $200.
Use this productively somewhere? Good luck...
