Is Dialora's backend Go High Level?. I ask because if they rise their pricing or plans you will also have to rise. Just good to know who's backend we are using.

Q: Incoming call recording only in USA ? & web calling

Saw a note , incoming call recordings are avaialble in USA . Is this already available and if not Can this be made available for Canada , India and other countries .
Can you also include web calling features too for incoming and outgoing .

Q: Tier 4 minute / credit usage question including my clients usage

Were I to have 5 clients using Dialora... do their usage / minutes come out of my one pool of minutes? So were I to add 1000 minutes for $14.95 per month... my clients usage comes out of that?
