Q: Use own existing Infra / import existing projects?
Dear Team, 3 questions: 1) Do you plan to implement also OpenAI based BYOK (Ollama, etc) ? 2) Can I import also an existing (saas platform) project / codebase into Digia ? 3) Can I also used our existing infrastructur for new project ?
I ask because I have seen companies go away after offering unlimited.

A: Totally fair question Chris, and we’ve seen this happen with some LTD products too.
For Digia, “unlimited” is sustainable because our business model is aligned around helping teams ship more app experiences and releases, not restricting usage.
With the LTD, teams can create and release unlimited app experiences. The included plan comes with 25k app installs, and beyond that pricing scales...
Q: a, can we create a web PWA app with this? b, Is this based on react? c, can we connect to Supabase/base4app
d, is it BYOK or you provide the ai tokens?

A: Hey Sammy ! Great questions 👋
a) Today Digia is focused on powering native mobile app experiences (Android/iOS) through a server-driven architecture, the current platform is optimized primarily for mobile apps only.
b) Digia itself is framework-agnostic on the backend orchestration side, but the frontend SDKs currently support Flutter and native mobile ecosystems. React/React Native support...
Digia Studio looks pretty cool. I'm just wondering: If monthly installs are stated as 25,000, does that not mean that only 25,000 users can use the app, but rather that 25,000 new users can install the app each month? That would mean that in the first month I have 25,000 users (installations), in the second month 50,000 users, and so on. Correct or incorrect?

A: Hey creativecontrarian. Very valid question. Each install on Digia Studio is counter whenever a new version is pulled by a user's device. It has no bearing on the total install base of your users on Appstore or PlayStore. So if you have an MAU of say 10,000 users and you release 2 versions that would get counted as 20k installs. Installs reset after every month. I hope that clears it. If you...
Thanks for the quick response, Vivek. Quick check if I got it :D If I have, for example, 10,000 users (installs) and I do an update in Digia Studio with, e.g., additional info, offers, etc., then that isn’t counted as a new installation. It’s more of a content, offer, or news update question! Is that right or am I absolutely wrong? :D
Hi let me give you a concrete example. Imagine your App has an existing base of 10k installs. But your monthly active users are just 5k. So when you create an update(The update can be as small as changing the copy of a text or a new feature) via studio its more of a Pull rather then Push. Its not pushed to all your user base but rather only the users who open the app after an update was created.
We recommend bunching up multiple changes(versions) and releasing them at once rather then releasing multiple smaller versions as those will exhaust your installs quickly. Again any change small or big once released gets pulled by your MAUs and every pull is counted as an install.
