Those who were abandoned....

... Locked out of LTD

Like many others I got locked out of my LTD account and Digitalfirst moved on to another platform without responding to support requests. Another business not honoring their promises

Read the recent 2025 reviews!!!

We (Sumolings who purchased the deal) are abandoned. I tried to login today, and not only did my credentials not work (autopopulated as I login via my password manager), but I cannot reset my password. I hit reset password, no link sent. I used the Google Auth to login instead (same email address) and it treated me like a new customer.

So I responded to the new customer email with my WTF is going on with my original credentials only to circle back here to the reviews and realize the harsh reality.

WE ARE GETTING SCREWED.

At this point, the one taco is more than generous.

Brocken Promises but Big Vision!

I bought Digital First AI on March 24, 2022. In February 2024, they conducted a 30-day challenge for all members, and I won first prize for completing all the tasks they mentioned. The prize was unlimited access to the Digital First AI feature and NFT access.

They delivered unlimited access to my account except for the promised NFT features. It's ok for me.

But the real allegation starts from 2025.

They recreated the entire app and called it V2. most Appsumo LTD users of DigitalFirst AI got the basic edition of V2 after many people's requests and negative discussions about not upgrading them to V2.

For me, they offered the same basic edition instead of offering the unlimited features they offered to me. I have proof of my email with what they offered. In that email they mentioned, "You now have unlimited access to all Digital First AI features", but they were not offered the latest updated features. They can change this current Appsumo sales page to v1.0 now to protect themselves, but not that email that congratulates me.

I won an unlimited license after completing a 30-day hard challenge. That time also, they were NOT promised V1 future updates and NFT access. They promised complete digital-first AI features with a future update. Even though NFT promises are still kept as promise, they have taken back that. In my case, they broke the promises....

Not just for me, all the Appsumo LTD customers who bought Digital First AI are mesmerizing and raising complaints in their discord community about this. Also, while purchasing this, the sales page doesn't show the V1 lifetime deal. That the deal promised "Lifetime access to Digital First AI", not "Lifetime access to version 1 of Digital First AI"

Before listing in Appsumo they had only about 18 customers; after listing, they got many users. Now they have Venture Capitalist million-dollar investment funds. All because of the support of LTD users of appsumo. But they were not concerned about us.

Most of the customers of V1 from Appsumo deal are concerned about their purchase. Because the Digital First AI team is completely switching to their V2 model, and people who purchase V1 get the limited features in V2. Mostly they will abandon the V1, and completely focus on V2. That's a good move. So, we don't get the exact value for the product we purchased using Appsumo. Now V1 looks like it's dead. No update in many months; they even changed the login to V1 from the homepage.

I lost belief in Appsumo customer support as well. I raised a complaint about this, but no use!

I expect your opinion and support.

Zero Support in over 15 days despite multiple attempts

1) COMPLETE LACK OF SUPPORT:
As other Sumolings have noted, it is (at least for some of us) simply impossible to get any support. I have tried multiple times by email (to hello@digitalfirst.ai) since late January and as of mid February I still didn't get any reply. I have also tried the "online" chat (which really just tells you to send an email) and didn't get any answer there either.
I'm baffled by this lack of basic support. It's surprising that some users have gotten replies (glad for them;).

2) CATEGORIES TO DEFINE YOUR BUSINESS AND THEREFORE YOUR MARKETING STRATEGY ARE NOT RELEVANT ENOUGH FOR A LOT OF ONLINE BUSINESSES - LACK OF GRANULARITY

The reason I wrote to support in the first place was for an issue that might also be of your interest: one of the first steps in using their platform is to write a short "statement" about your business, which is a sentence pre-filled with several dropdowns to describe briefly what your business does and who the target is (ex: B2B vs B2C, etc.). Unfortunately, when creating a statement, the categories available ("capital goods", "raw materials", etc) to describe what my company does are fairly limited, and none of them come close to “SaaS" which is what we offer. I believe a good number of digitalfirst's users might be SaaS and other online businesses. They should add categories and granularities to make it more relevant to users.

3) WHERE IS THE PROMISED NFT AS PART OF THE APPSUMO DEAL?

On a separate note, there was theoretically also a NFT part of the deal for tier 3 Sumolings (and based on previous questions/reviews they were supposed to provide those "within a week" ---> that was months ago). Still haven't received any news either.

When I bought this product, I was a bit doubtful because while some of the reviews sounded really great, some other reviews as well as answers to questions were highlighting some flaws in the business practices, lakc of response, vague answers, etc. I decided to go for it but am regretting big time. I wish I could write a more positive review, and it is never pleasant to have to point out negative things. I would greatly have preferred to resolve these issue privately with their team, but the complete lack of response forces me to do it here. Hopefully it is useful to others, and hopefully their team will reply and make corrections to the platform that benefit not just me but the other Sumolings.
