0 Login, 0 Support, 1 Taco (as there is no less)
Problem 1: I have not been able to get a login. The login process is apparently broken. Also their "forgot password" feature, does not work (No email is sent to me). However, this is something that can happen to any provider.
Problem 2: But what should not happen is that there is no support for such a major problem. I have been trying to get help from support for over two weeks now. I have sent two emails, a message via contact form and even posted a public question here in AppSumo. Unfortunately, all contact attempts simply went unanswered. After more than two weeks of waiting, I still have not received an answer. Therefore, I must now unfortunately give my first 1 Taco rating. Too bad, the tool could have been good. But the behavior (not getting any support) also makes me doubt whether the product has a future. The problems of the customers should be taken seriously. Currently, apparently no more questions are answered here in AppSumo. Just a great pity.
