does tier 3 have sms reminders? I am demoing the product and cant seem to find the option. This will unfortunately have to be a refund if it is not accessible as this improves show rates too much not to use. it seems to match up with the monthly tier that offers it, but doesnt appear to me to be in the appsumo deal.

Your software looks FANTASTIC. What an extremely user-friendly, conversion-focused interface. Too many booking tools are cluttered, disorganized, and have things in wrong places that affects the rate at which potential clients book.
Noticed your Zoom integration is paused. Has this ever happened before? What's the reason Zoom pulled your integration? Is there an ETA for when it'll be fixed, and do you expect this to happen again?
1) I hold group activities and want to know if people could book in to attend them ( like an event). 2)) What is the maximum number of people that can book in for example if I have a slot for a whole day for a group event ? - Do I have control over the number of people who can sign up so I do not over subscribe ? 3) can the people who book through ditcal be added to a list intended for future contact so the same group are informed of upcoming events. ( like a cohort ). 4) if dictal doesn't do this does it plan to have the capacity for group event reservation and wha tis the time frame?
Please can you advise if you have any plan for this option and the potential time frame thank you . I would like to set up payments directly to Stripe and not use Chargebee . Also same question for Pay Pal. (if that is also possible and time frame ). Thank you
Yes, we are working on a direct Stripe integration. We expect this to be ready early next month. It will be part of our early April update. We don't currently have support for PayPal, unlike Stripe, I can't give an ETA for PayPal. PayPal will not be part of our coming update.

In Dit Cal Can I indicate it is a group appointment and specify the allowance of people spaces in that time slot?
