Q: Is it just me, or can no one modify their account information in the DivMagic dashboard?

It seems all fields are locked, not able to modify them. I am not sure if I could edit them the last time, am I wrong?

Main fields like your account email can't be changed because it is tied to your redemption code.

Can DivMagic be used with the GeneratePress theme?

A: Hello, you can copy from GeneratePress theme websites. You can only import in Gutenberg supported theme editors. Does GeneratePress use Gutenberg? If so, it should work since DivMagic supports Gutenberg. If there are any issues please let us know at [email protected]

Q: can't get verification code

I paid for the product, but I can't use it because your system is asking for a confirmation code that should have been sent to my email. However, nothing has arrived. I've also checked my spam folder, but there's nothing there.

A: Hello, we saw your email we did respond to it. However, it looks like your custom email setup has some problems in receiving emails.

When we respond to your email, the email server returns an error: "Host or domain name not found. Name service error for name=*****.*****.me type=A: Host found but no data record of requested type"
