Can we configure keyword-based replies that are handled without invoking the AI model? For example, if someone asks "price", "location", "hours", or other common FAQs, can DMChamp reply with a predefined answer instead of using AI credits?

My goal is to reserve AI credits only for complex conversations while handling repetitive questions with keyword or rule-based automation. Is this supported? If so, how does it work, and what are the best practices for minimizing AI credit usage?
