Q: Question on ban risk & stripe billing In WL
Hi,
I noticed both WhatsApp Web and WhatsApp Business API , being listed on the pricing page , with whatever web incurring 50-credit monthly while whatsapp business is $0.05 per message ? (Twilio pass through)
1. what's the ban risk profile for whatsapp web if reselling this to clients? Any chance of meta banning for linking it to third party app ?
2. If we connect stripe and ad markup got the credits or sell at cost , will the clients get invoice by us or by DM champ in the WL set up )
3. Is there a provision to add a monthly fixed fee along with a top up credits for Ai usage to be purchased by clients ? Like a true SaaS ?
4. Are any user data stored at your end ? Or only the limited knowledge base needed to train the agent is stored in your sever

Jun 26, 2026A: WhatsApp Web is a flat 50 credits per month. If you use Twilio instead, there is a message fee. If you use your own API key for AI credits, that fee applies, but if you use our AI credits, the message fee is included in the credit price.
Regarding ban risk, it is pretty low if you avoid cold outreach and actually warm up the number. We have a full video on how to do this and how you can scale to approximately 30,000 messages per month.
Regarding Stripe integration:
1. It connects directly through your own Stripe account.
2. Clients will see your specific branding and invoicing.
3. You can create plans with fixed credit packs that users can subscribe to.
Is any user data stored on our end? Yes, user data is stored on our end. It would be impossible to provide the service otherwise. You can read all the details in our Terms and Privacy Policy.
