Apr 21, 2026A: Can you use this as a CRM without the AI responding? Yes, but of course it's not a CRM, so lots will be missing.
Do we plan to add Gemini? We've tried it and had it, but we ended up turning it off because it hallucinates way too much. It might work 9 out of 10 times, but if you're managing hundreds or thousands of messages on our platform, you'll see that even 9 out of 10 is not enough.
Regarding your other questions:
1. Yes, you can buy Level 3 and later upgrade.
2. You can send bulk messages via the WhatsApp API, but then there will be the Meta template charge, so you need to keep that in mind.
