1. Setting up Agency and I don't understand how credits work for the sub accounts :-(
How do we set up our own tiers within Agency white label?

I asked initially can I spread my credits to sub-accounts, the response was yes but I have no clue what yes meant because I'm in the UI and I dont see how you can designate credits and set up our own tiers.

My credits = X
Customer Tier A can they get some of my credits, if yes how?
Customer Tier B can they get some of my credits, if yes how?
Do you have videos about Agency set up for credits?

2. Next this is a BIG question on AppSumo sometimes company's get bought out.
How will our LTD account be protected in buy outs.

We don't want to get stuck with unusable white label.
