A: A credit costs 10 cents. Do your sub-accounts share the credit pool with the main account?

Yes and no; it depends on how you set it up. You can share credits with them (by assigning credits), or you can have them buy credits directly using Stripe. This also answers your next question.

What you can do is either:

1. Set up your own payment system. If you're providing this as an agency service, you can just add an invoice line and then manually assign those credits. You can also set a monthly credit, and every month it will be assigned automatically.
2. Enable reselling mode and have them pay your Stripe account directly for those credits.

For the second option, you cannot set a limit, but for the first one, you can set a monthly limit.
