I bought tier 2 to do some test. Currently I use Manychat and I'm looking for alternative but for very simple task: comment to DM. Two questions:
1. Can I use different trigger keyword to send different messages?
2. How many credits will I use if I send only one message after trigger keyword?

Apr 17, 2026A: At the moment, the whole system is a smart AI. When you give a keyword, it performs smart detection, so if there are typos or someone uses a similar word or sentence, it will still trigger.
The response is also not always the same; it is based on what you put in the campaign instruction. There will always be some variation, and this costs one credit.
Regarding the comparison to other tools:
1. It is not a replacement for Manychat.
2. We are looking into ways to potentially offer a version that does not use AI (so it doesn't cost any credits), but that is not available at the moment.
