3. I'd like to know if an account can have multiple users, and if all users can respond to clients, private conversations, and still respond privately, like a multi-user CRM.
4. Does it have a visual Kanban board for all inboxes?

1. We have official WhatsApp API integration alongside WhatsApp Web QR.
2. You can add multiple users to accounts with different permissions.
3. We do have a visual Kanban board, though it is for the deal pipeline rather than the inbox.
