Q: I'm confused. If I want to sell this to clients as an AI Agent, which Tier is that?

Explain what ‘starting’ means. How many clients does Tier 3 allow for? If I run out of licenses or tokens to build for clients, can I purchase more? If yes, what is the cost?

Starting at Tier 3, you get white labeling, so you can brand it according to your brand, and you get 10 subaccounts. So 10 clients. There is no mention of tokens so not sure what you mean by that. If you mean credits? You can buy those $0.10 for 1 or byok.

You can't get more subaccounts; if you want more subaccounts, you need to upgrade. There is no separate purchasing of licenses or subaccounts.

This is what is very confusing in the features section: Resell to unlimited clients from one account

You do not explain in the Tier plans.

Suggestion: add-on in each tier 3 and up, the ability to buy additional clients seats.

Tier 6 has unlimited sub-accounts. On lower tiers, you can delete sub-accounts and create new ones.

Your sales sheet on AppSumo says as an agency I can to unlimited clients. Why would I delete a sub account sold as a service to a client? I need more not less. That’s why I suggested to be able to buy more client seats. I’m not initially spending money for the highest tier for unlimited seats until I can see that your app, which looks very, works.

Man, I don't know what to tell you. You can sell to unlimited clients; it's just that that is in tier 6. There is no add-on option, and we can't add that now. The deal is live as it is. And practically, you can still sell to unlimited clients with the other tiers. It's just that if you hit your sub-account limit, you might need to get rid of old sub-accounts of clients that are no longer with you.

You're also not forced to get the max tier. You can just get tier 3, get started, and upgrade tiers as you hit your sub-account limits.
