Q: Questions
1. Can DMchamp reply to all random comments (no specific keyword mentioned) as a PR assistant? For example if a lead asks on a post “price?” does the system sends them a DM automatically?
2. Does the webhook work in a way where we can setup a free or $1 trial and then have it expired if cancelled or not upgraded?
3. Do you have multiple case studies from real businesses with tangible results where we can use to close deals?

1. It needs at least one trigger keyword, there is no "reply to every comment" mode. But matching is substring based and typo tolerant, so a keyword like "price" does catch "price?", "whats the price", "PRICE" and so on, and you can stack as many keywords on a campaign as you like (price, cost, info, link, book). Comments that do not match still land in your inbox so you can answer them manually. When one does match, we post a short public reply and open the DM, and from there it is a real AI conversation rather than a fixed flow. Comment to DM is included on every AppSumo tier, Tier 1 upwards. https://help.dmchamp.com/ai-automation/comment-to-dm
2. Yes, but you assemble it rather than flipping a trial switch. Reselling runs either through your own connected Stripe or through a custom payment webhook if you bill outside Stripe. There is no trial-days field on the reselling tiers, so the normal way to run a free or $1 trial is to create the sub-account with a small credit allowance. Credits are the natural expiry: when they run out, the AI stops replying. If the client cancels or does not upgrade, you block the sub-account from your dashboard, either a soft block (stops sending, bot still replies to incoming) or a full lock (stops everything). Nothing is deleted and it is reversible in one click. Provisioning is scriptable through the API (create sub-account, set limits and credits, copy a ready-made campaign in, mint an SSO login link); blocking itself is currently a dashboard action, not an API call. https://help.dmchamp.com/agency/sub-accounts
3. The one with hard numbers and full permission to use is FueGenix, the hair transplant clinic that went from $5M to $10M in 12 months on WhatsApp DMs. Full write-up here: https://dmchamp.com/resources/fuegenix-playbook/ Beyond that we have live customers in bike repair and in restaurants doing review collection, but those are not written up with published numbers yet. The rest of the resources library is worked models and playbooks rather than client results, and it is labelled that way, so I would not hand those to a prospect as case studies. The freshest proof is the Skool community at https://skool.com/dm-champions where members post their own setups and results. We are writing up more as customers agree to share their numbers.
