May 10, 2026A: Yes, Romanian is supported. Regarding credit usage, I'll see if we can add a dedicated page to our docs covering that. But to summarize, every AI action costs one credit unless you use "bring your own API key," in which case it doesn't cost any credits and is about 40-80% cheaper for you.
Other than that, there are some other things that cost credits:
1. Twilio phone numbers (which we pass on with no markup)
2. WhatsApp API templates (again, passed on with no markup)
3. Twilio delivery fees for WhatsApp API(approximately 0.05 credit per message). No fees for ig or messenger.
If you use WhatsApp Web, it is just a flat fee of 50 credits per month for the private server and proxy to keep your number safe.
Sending messages in the test playground doesn't cost credits, even with your own API key.

With the 50 credits per month, that mean a ceiling of 60 clients for the 999$ package, right?
new credits cost 10 cents each. We do sometimes do bulk offers, so whenever we do something like that, it's definitely worth checking out.
About your ceiling: do you mean that the Tier 6 has 3,000 credits and you divide it by 50 so you get 60?
Don’t forget that the credits aren’t recurring. If you do somehow sign up 60 clients in the first month and they all have a WhatsApp web connection, you’ll run out of credits instantly after that first month. But yeah, if you have 60 clients, you’ll be making bank anyway. Also, you should definitely be charging your clients for that WhatsApp web connection and taking a margin on that.
