A: To be honest, if you actually start using the platform—and especially if you use your own API key—the costs are surprisingly low.

I can give you an example from our demo account. In the past two weeks, it sent 10,000 messages and received 10,000 replies spread across 300 contacts. If you use credits, this is a lot more expensive. However, if you bring your own API key, it is much cheaper; it cost about $200 USD. Even if it did use credits, it would still be a bargain — in the best case, credits would cost only about 1.67× more (around 3,000-4,000 credits, probably), and in the worst case, up to 5× more. Put another way: bringing your own API key saves 40% at minimum and up to 80% at best.

This system is closing sales. To give you some perspective, in April we generated $15,000 in revenue. While not all of that came directly through the chat, it is doing a significant job converting those people. My recommendation for this system is to always look at it from an ROI perspective.

You can send messages manually, and those will not consume credits.

2. Instagram DMs based on keywords
At the moment, this is hard-coded to use AI. We are looking into how we can disconnect this so you can provide your own responses instead.
