I was really intrigued by this product and even thought about getting the highest tier, but the credit situation, unfortunately, is a no-go for me. The fact that I will have to buy new credits to be able to use the product does not work for me.
What happens when I sell a white-label AI sales agent to a client? Will their chat requests be deducted from my credits as well? Do they have no credits at all, and have to buy a subscription from the start?
I think what most people love about AppSumo LTDs is that you only pay once for most of them. If I buy a product that I have to keep funding constantly, it kinda misses the point for me. It really is a shame, because the product sounded great to me.
