A: Thanks for checking back in—and yes, there have been a sea of changes since last year!
We’ve significantly improved our platform for research-heavy use cases like scientific analysis. Here are some key updates:
Model selection: We now support a wide range of top-tier models including GPT-4.1, Claude 3.7 Sonnet, and Gemini 2.5. Check our model page: https://docanalyzer.ai/models
Multi-document analysis: We’ve enhanced performance for large and cross-document analysis, including new AI agent tools like Individual, Page Group, and Filter—perfect for deep dives across large datasets.
Team features & roadmap: A team plan is now available, and you can check our public roadmap to see the full history of updates. We'd love to have you give it another try—and this time, we're confident you'll notice the difference.
A: Thanks for the suggestion! We've added DeepSeek BYOK support to our to-do list, but it’s not currently part of our priority roadmap. That said, we’re keeping an eye on emerging models and user demand, so feel free to share more about your use case—it helps us prioritize better.
A: Support for Traditional Chinese depends on the AI model you select—some might handle it very well, others less so. If you're familiar with the language (i won't be able to judge myself), we’d really appreciate it if you could test our models and share your results. I’ll gladly refund the credits you use and add a dedicated entry to our FAQ based on your feedback!
A: Yes, our OCR feature can process handwriting, tables, and photos. However, please note that accuracy may vary depending on the clarity and quality of the scanned content—especially with handwritten text. Tables and printed content generally yield more reliable results.
A: At the moment, the number of used questions isn't yet visible in the user interface. That said, we’re actively working on adding this feature, and it’s expected to go live within the next week.
We completely understand how important this information is for managing your usage, and we appreciate your patience while we get it implemented. In the meantime, if you’d like to know your current usage, feel free to contact our support team and we’ll provide it manually.
Q: Improvements for health research?
Hi there,
I tried DocAnalyzer last year, but neeed to refund due to lack of accuracy and depth by that time.
Thinking of trying again... Have there been major improvements since then?
Which models are now used?
Is it now solid for multiple cross-document (some of them are realy large ones) analysis in health/scientific research?
Thanks!

In Hong Kong, we don't need VPN for Deekseek API.
I'm not sure how it is relevant since we don't use VPN to access DeepSeek API.
Q: Can you also add Tranditional Chinese too?

Does the AI Model I've chosen affect the result of OCR?
OCR is totally independent from chat settings and any model you have elected.
