We currently use Notion for storing our internal SOPs, we don’t really use its full functionality as we simple store our own internal SOPs, we do add Loom video content as well.
Could we be using Documentation.ai instead?

Hello, the product looks very interesting. However, I have a few questions before making a purchase.
Where are your servers located and where is the data stored? Are you fully GDPR compliant?
Is it possible to integrate the search agent directly into a WordPress website? So that users can ask questions about documents directly on the website?
These points are very important for my purchase decision. Please provide a prompt response. If certain features are planned, please also include an estimated release date.

A: Our data is currently hosted in the US, and we expect to be fully GDPR compliant within the next couple of weeks.
At this time, the search agent cannot yet be directly embedded into WordPress or other websites. This is in our immediate roadmap, but unfortunately i am not able to provide an exact timeline just yet.
I’m looking to pre-structure my documents in a PRD format with features and users stories that I can feed into loveable or cursor so the accuracy of the development comes out with a finished product better. Can this make the material for this? For instance a talk with the agent and it creates these docs for me that I can then feed to loveable? I need a feature and prd development platform. Can it do that or is this how it works?

A: While this use case is technically possible, our current integrations and workflows are designed for product documentation used directly by internal teams, support teams, or customers.
Does Documentation.AI allow you to extract and classify data from documents. For example, is it possible to upload a CV and make it extract key information (address, phone number, experience, titles...) and classify it in an Excel or another document?
