In the different level description, we see Tier 2 says Private Docs is included but Tier 3 says Private Docs (Password protected) is included... what is the difference? How can Docs be private without a password? When you look at the Private Docs tooltip of both Tier 1 and Tier 2, it says password-protected. This is confusing.

Edited Apr 17, 2026A: Apologies for the confusion. There is a mistake in the pricing page. I will get it corrected.
You can make docs private in three ways: 1) Password, 2) JWT, and 3) OAuth. Password protection is available in Tier 2, while JWT and OAuth are available in Tier 3, as these features sometimes require additional support.
