Q: we use a white label saas for our b2b clients - can we use your software for it?
we use a white label saas for our b2b clients. we do not have access to the coding of the saas.
we want to create a github style 'help desk / faq' section.
can we create our own faq's / help desk in this situ, or is your software only for software developers using github?
IE - we want to manually create and update our faq / help pages as and when appropriate.
ALSO, how would we give access to our clients, is it by creating a subdomain, something like help.ourdomain.com ?

Apr 6, 2026A: Yes, you can use Documentation.AI for this.
Our platform is not limited to developer documentation or GitHub-based workflows. You can use it to create a customer-facing help center, FAQ section, or knowledge base even if you do not have access to the underlying SaaS code.
In your case, you can manually create, edit, and update help pages and FAQs as needed. This works well for white-label SaaS setups where you want to maintain support content independently.
For client access, you can publish your help center on your own custom domain or subdomain, for example:
help.yourdomain.com
So yes, your use case is supported.

thanks for the clear response, meant to also ask what is meant by "Preview deployments" - is that something i would want / need in my particular circumstances, or is it only relevant to software companies using github and the like?
im asking because i dont know whether i need to buy tier 1 or tier 2 - T1 seems adequate for my use case, but please advise

ive gone ahead and bought tier 1, but would still appreciate your response to my question about 'preview deployments'
Preview deployments are mainly useful when you want to review changes on a temporary private link before publishing them live.
For example, if you update a help page, FAQ, or documentation section, a preview deployment lets you check how it looks and works first, then publish only when you are happy with it. Useful for both software or non-technical teams. This feature will be live this month.
