Are the templates user created or created by documentero? Malware can be injected into templates. How do you make sure there are no malware in your documents?

For security and compatibility reasons, our platform does not accept .docx or .xlsx templates that contain non-secure content such as macros, embedded objects, or external data connections. Every template uploaded to platform is processed before it can be used for document...
In Documentero, users have the ability to create their own templates and share them via a link to a form. Other users can then fill in the placeholders manually or populate the variables through tge provided API. To ensure security, all uploaded or shared templates are scanned and sanitized to prevent the inclusion of malicious code or malware before they are made available to others for download.
Would be good if there was a higher tier, say a Tier 4 with 10K doc generations/month or so. Otherwise we have to buy several Tier 3 and its not so practical to switch between several accounts. Possible?

You can upload your own templates in .docx or .xlsx format as long as they use our placeholder syntax. Any formatting or features you include in the template will be preserved in the generated documents.
We don’t add any branding to the output—you fully own the template content. Our system simply processes it and replaces the parts you choose to control.
