Q: default payout schedule - clarifying Question
Writing new query as you said you don’t get notified on follow-up Qs.
Your team said: “We are required to hold funds and/or fine as per card networks. This is standard practice. 120 days is coming from card networks.”

To clarify, could you pls confirm:
1. What is your default payout schedule (in business days) for standard, non-disputed card transactions?
2. Do you apply a rolling reserve / fund-hold policy on normal merchants — and if so, under what conditions?
3. Does the 120-day period refer to the Max dispute/chargeback window, or is that the default duration you hold merchant funds?
4. If there are no chargebacks/refunds, what is the fastest I can receive funds after a transaction?
I have follow-up Q based on your response, so pls check this thread

Dec 4, 2025A: 1. Our default payout is twice a month. For fast growing accounts we payout weekly.
2. No we do not have any reserve policy. We are required to hold funds if there are violations of card networks.
3. The 120 day window comes from card networks cos of chargeback window.
4. Fastest you can receive is 4 days. (Payment on 31st and we payout on 4th).

Gud Tnks.1)what does unlimited brands mean?
2)If I have > 1 domain/ subdomain can I use the same license across different DBAs if they are part of same company . Please note am not talking of parent & subsidiary structure , it’s one company with multiple DBAs.
3)For a second company should I buy addl. license ? Or since it’s pay as you go , can I get separate workspace to use for all my Co’s?
1. We allow you to sell multiple products within the same account. You might want to have separate branding for each product.
2. Yes
3. Not needed cos you can just manage as a separate brand. If you want a separate workspace, then you can create a new business (takes 2 sec). A new business will require a new license.
