Our websites are membership access only. And Our platforms will allow members to generate content like a landing page, articles posts or classifieds. and we have adopted many of the same prohibited content restrictions outlined in Dodo Payments’ policies within our own Terms of Service.

• If a member posts content that violates Dodo Payments’ policies or applicable card network rules, will we be notified and given an opportunity to remove or remediate the content?

• Is member-generated content treated differently from merchant-created content when evaluating compliance issues?

• In non-severe cases, is removal of the violating content sufficient to remain in good standing and continue using Dodo Payments services?

My intent is to respond quickly, remove any restricted content, and remain fully compliant.
