Q: Questions about how balances and payouts work
I purchased Tier 3 and activated my account. I’m really enjoying the platform so far, but I still have a few doubts:
Email customization:
Can I edit the transactional emails (communication, approval, confirmation, purchase emails)? All of them are currently in English — is it possible to customize or translate them?
Balance and payouts:
From what I understand, all my sales go into a Dodo wallet, and I can request a payout only after reaching $50, correct?
Is the withdrawal always done in increments of $50?
What is the fee for each payout?
How long does it take for the funds to arrive in my bank account?
Are there additional fees or processing costs I should be aware of?

1. We currently do not have language functionality for transactional emails. This is a good feature request and would love to have it on https://dodopayments.featurebase.app/
2. Yes, payouts are initiated after $50
3. Payouts are twice a month - we can move to weekly payouts if volume require.
4. There is a $5 fee per payout
5. Takes 1-3 business days
6. There is an additional 1.5% fee for non-US transactions. This is a passthrough fee from our payment partners
Apparently, with a $5 fee, when I withdraw $50 I have a 10% fee. But please tell me the following: can I make payments with my wallet balance? In other words, do I have alternatives? Some platforms allow me to waive the fee when I have a larger transfer volume. For example:
$5 fee per transfer below $200 and no transfer fee above or equal to $200.
You can change your payout threshold.
Also payouts are twice a month.
We waive off payout fee for payouts >$1000
