Q: Hi, im having issues getting access to my Dokey account, I didnt get the email confirmation email and so I cant log in.
But how do I get in concact with you, I dont see any contact information or a livechat or anything on your website? Also i have tried texting on facebook messenger, but no response. Is there an email I can write to?
We had some issues yesterday and it should be fixed now. If you still have problem, you can contact us on the chat in the bottom right corner and we'll manually activate your account.
Q: Will there be the new version in January or is there a delay?
