Three questions:
1. On larger Tiers, are the "X separate sub-accounts with Tier 1 limits" in addition to the limits listed?
2. What happens with the sub-account needs to grow beyond 'Tier 1 limits'?
3. What is the reason for only 1 Team Member and 3 Team Inbox Connect (surely 3 Team Members are needed?)

The limits provided are specific to your main agency account. Each sub-account will have its own set of limits, quite similar to those in AppSumo’s Tier 1, though not identical.

In the future, we’ll make it possible for users to upgrade any sub-account to an agency account if you need greater limits for that account.

Q: How can I delete my account

Hello, I tested Doplac and concluded that I don't need it. Therefore, I deleted the connection in Microsoft365. Since then, I have been receiving thousands (YES thousands) of emails per day informing me that "Your cold email inbox of xxxxxxxxxxx has been disconnected from Doplac CRM." I cannot make any changes to my account in Doplac. A request to support to delete my account was not fulfilled. Furthermore, you should revise your system so that error messages don't trigger an email every second!!!
