Let’s say a user signs up to my app. They get a welcome email. And then they have a question about a feature perhaps. Can a workflow be set up for support to answer user questions and reply back?

A: Dreamlit is optimized for outbound at the moment. It's on the roadmap to be able to support inbox functionality (including setting up forwarding if you'd like) - but currently you cannot setup a workflow to handle inbound/replies.
Of course you can still set a reply-to in the email you send and manage your own inbox for your email domain however you'd like.
Q: Does your system work with the vibe coding software getmocha.com?
It is very similar to Lovable.dev, Replit & Cursor, etc. But simpler to use and debug. It would be amazing to replace my Resend integration with the functionality of Dreamlit AI. Thank you.

I’m surprised by how many people are complaining about it being limited to one project. That actually makes total sense to me — especially if this is being used for a serious SaaS, not just a quick MVP or Lovable side project lol.
I’m close to purchasing Tier 3, and what matters far more to me isn’t additional projects, but capacity. I’d much rather see:

Tier 4 will likely have a higher notification volume limit in addition to a higher project limit.
In Tier 3, I understand that it includes 2 automated DNS setups. Does this mean that I can still connect more than two domains if I configure the additional ones manually (by adding DNS records myself)? In other words, is the “2 automated DNS setups” limit only about automation convenience, and not a hard limit on the number of domains or businesses I can manage in one account? Also, will manually configured domains have full functionality (sending emails, workflows, analytics, etc.)? Thanks.

A: Correct, you can connect an unlimited number of domains under any plan. All verified domains will have full functionality (sending emails, workflows, analytics, etc).
