A: No, all Easify tiers come with phone numbers and SMS capabilities fully integrated. You can send text messages directly from the platform without needing to sign up for or connect an external service like Twilio.
Do you have a page detailing the credit-spend and how many SMS/Voice mins are available for each tier? How much does 11,000 credits get us in SMS and calls?
The base plan provides a starter pool of credits, perfect for light usage or for getting familiar with the platform. For businesses that need to send more, we've made it simple and cost-effective to scale up. You can always purchase additional credits, with a minimum amount of $15, which gives you 3,000 credits.
Q: Pity not available for Australia
Having looked at Sendr and a similar platform, I'm surprised there's no offering for other countries that do not have the same legalities with outbound marketing.
Do you have plans to duplicate the platform for non-USA/CA countries that do not have your legal requirements?
A: Thanks so much for your interest! At the moment, Easify is focused on supporting the U.S. and Canada because of the compliance requirements tied to 10DLC and local carrier regulations. We completely understand the need in markets like Australia where the legal framework is different, and expansion beyond the U.S./CA is definitely on our roadmap.
Hi I am in the uk. Texting is expensive here, does this affect this deal - can i use it in the UK?. or can I use my existing textlink (from appsumo) connection. thx
A: You can absolutely use Easify.app from the UK. Our platform works worldwide, but please note that we currently provide phone numbers only for the US and Canada. That means your messages will be sent from a US/Canada number. At the moment, Easify only supports Twilio integration for SMS. Direct integration with Textlink isn’t available right now.
Hi, I work with multiple clients so I'm considering buying Tier 3. But I have a question about getting additional phone numbers or sub-accounts in the future.
Is there a special AppSumo rate/upgrade that we can use if we'd like to add more phone numbers or sub-accounts to our plan? Thanks.
At the moment, the AppSumo deal tiers are fixed and already heavily discounted, so any additional phone numbers or sub-accounts would follow our standard pricing outside of AppSumo.
👉 Sub-accounts: You can add multiple employees under your same business entity, each with their own login credentials. The main user can manage all sub-accounts and set...
Q: Do i need to purchase a SMS service?

So the base plan gives 125 SMS or 125 Emails per month. Sounds very low allowance.
