Q: What if the contacts does not answer the voice broadcast?
I looked through the questions but did not find this one. I understand that when a contact answers a voice broadcast, we can set it up so they can press a number to connect.
What happens if they don't answer the call?
Will the message then go to their voicemail?
I saw something about not integrating with a Google Voice number. When the contact answers, does that mean we can't forward the call to a Google Voice number?
Lastly, on texting, when a contact replies to a text, will the message show on the platform?

Sep 15, 2025A: Thank you so much for the questions. If someone does not answer the voice broadcast, but their voicemail picks up. It will still play the voice broadcast like a voicemail message.
You are correct we do not integrate with Google Voice however, you can set up a forwarding phone number in case someone calls you back and you can forward it to your Google Voice number. That being said, it’s still going to Joos minutes when they call so keep that in mind.
Last but not least yes, if someone replies to any messages that you send, those will be visible in the SMS chat tab on the platform.
