nb2023Q: What is needed for the Agency Plan/Package?
Hello, I purchased this product some time ago, but haven't used it. When I log into my account, it says that I have the "Bring Your Own Gateway" plan. I do not see that plan being offered now, so I am not sure what the equivalent plan is and what plan I would need to purchase to get the Agency Plan. I am interested in either Plan 4 or 5, but I need to understand what plan I currently have, before making the upgrade. Thanks.
What you see at the top just means you use your own gateway not our gateway. If you scroll to the bottom you’ll see what level of agency package you have. This product was originally offered with a cheaper 1 code non agency deal but you can open a helpdesk ticket at https://support.easytextmarketing.app and share your username with us. We don’t want you to share your username here.

Thanks Mat. So based on your response, I only have the Single Code plan. If I want to upgrade to the top tier Code 5, do I just need to purchase Code 4 this time around and that will automatically upgrade me to Code 5? Or do I have to purchase Code 5 to get all the benefits of Code 5? Thanks.
As I said in the Support ticket conversation, all you need to do is purchase the additional four codes, my friend. You have to do it by today though because we do not include the bonus tomorrow. Once you purchased the four codes, please do not go through the normal enrollment of filling out the form, but instead reply to the Support ticket with your new codes and we will manually do the upgrade.
