Q: I am planning on using easy jobs to sell vetted shortlisted candidates to my clients who only want to spend ...
their time interviewing the best candidates. Is it possible to email/share a candidate's submission for a job to a third party or superior without bringing them on board as a team member? In that case if I want to just let them see the top 3 candidates for a position, I can do so. They don't need to see all candidates for all jobs listed as a team member would.
A: We have visual pipeline, so you could keep just some candidate in one pipeline, and your other team member will see that clearly, other than that, the case you are saying we are not exactly built for that.
My advice will be, create a separate company for each client, you handle everything for them, after sorting send that pipeline link to other employee to do the rest, you charge your client...
Q: Is there any way to allow candidates to apply for a job without going through the easy.
jobs sign up process first? Having to create an account for some unknown third party (easyjobs) might be offputting to candidates especially given grammatical mistakes/unclear copy inside some of the sign up process I have noticed so far.
A: We understand your concern. The things are that our system is taking the background information of the candidate, to analyze the best fit and process the quizzes, screening questions, etc.
In near future we'll be releasing a job portal and AI analysis reports for the companies, so we need the candidate to create an account.
But, we're working for smother UX to simplified the account...
Q: Do applicants really need to signup to easjobs first when they apply?
This is what shows up after clicking apply http://prntscr.com/qu3js2 the easyjobs brand is all over. Also it seems that you will have the data and information of the applicants.
Q: how to use this apps?
Q: Please can you provide a Way Appsumo Exisiting users can Upgrade their Plan on your Website
