Hi we are new customers. When I added a team member to EmailIt, they couldn't find the verification email from EmailIt. Then I told them to check their spam folder and sure enough, it was there. Furthermore, there was a stark warning message that he should not click the link because it was a malicious site (or something like that, I don't remember exactly).
This made him uncomfortable but I told...

A: Hi there,
Not sure as we have no reports of ending up in spam.
This can also be caused by lot of different kinds of setting on the inbox itself.
You can try sending us the inbox provider the users used to support@emailit.com so we can take a look.
I noticed you've had a few bad 1-star reviews lately. And people mentioned blacklist blocking, including issues with Outlook.
This can be managed, but you need to have constant RBL monitoring, preferably every 1-hour.
A good solution for this is: RBLtracker.com I saw that it also has some support for Outlook.com.
This should solve your problems if you monitor it and unsubscribe from BL quickly.

A: Hi Jack,
We had one customer who misused our platform in one of our shared IP pool. He was blocked almost instantly, but it impacted delivery rates to Microsoft servers for 4-5 days within that IP pool.
The IP pool was not blacklisted. Only Microsoft servers delayed and rate limited messages within this IP pool.
We do monitor all our IP pools and the only IP pool that is on the blacklists...
I read that the number of emails sent depends on the use of credits, but I would like to know what ‘verification’ refers to. Does it take credits to use DKIM, SPF, MX, and DMARC DNS records? If so, how many emails can I send with Tier 3 with DKIM, SPF, MX, and DMARC DNS records?

A: Hi there,
For what you can use the credits you can find in our pricing here: https://emailit.com/pricing
I am not sure on what "verification" you refer to.
If you mean our Email Verification feature, it allows you to verify email address/es so you could clean your list and remove non-existent inboxes or high risk recipients.
Ok, thank you. Perhaps I didn't express myself clearly. I wanted to know if ‘DKIM, SPF, MX, and DMARC DNS records’ were part of the credit relating to verification. Now I understand better what the verification includes.
Q: Should each domain have its own dedicated IP, or is it acceptable to use one dedicated IP for all domains?
Could you please let me know the cost of the License Tier 3 with unlimited domains and an added dedicated IP? Should each domain have its own dedicated IP, or is it acceptable to use one dedicated IP for all domains? bests

A: Hi there,
You can use one dedicated IP for as many domain as you want to, as you have the control over its reputation.
The dedicated IP costs $300 /yearly per IP. More info about pricing you can find here: https://emailit.com/pricing
Q: where do email replies go?
I understand that once you verify your sending domain you can send email from anything@sendingdomain.com using EmailIt's SMTP server settings.
But if EmailIt doesn't provide email inboxes, after our customer receives the email from us, if they reply to our email, where does it go?
Thank you

Dec 12, 2025A: Hi there,
The replies would default go to anything@sendingdomain.com, as you can still have MX records on the APEX/ROOT for your inbox provider.
If you do not have any, you can just set Reply-To header.

Thanks for your reply. The docs say to add SMTP on the Credentials page, but we can't find that page. Can you tell us where it is?
It has been renamed to API Keys: https://emailit.com/docs/guides/sending-using-smtp

Thanks for the quick reply. So are these incorrect?
https://docs.emailit.com/guides/sending-using-smtp
https://docs.emailit.com/guides/creating-credential
They are for our API v1 and we are transitioning to API v2 slowly, which is in Beta.
So they are both correct, just different wording.

thank you for being so responsive!
Always happy to help!

Thanks for your reply. It was a google workspace email account.
Thank you, will do some tests when I can.

The question is, how and how quickly do you monitor it?
🤔
Live. We monitor live SMTP responses and IP reputation, so if anything happens, we see it instantly.
