Q: Emails being flagged by some Agencies

Hello,
There's been notifications coming from members that some agencies that are getting flagged that the email is coming from the Czech Republic. Is there something that can be done to avoid this? My client is getting a bit skeptical about the sourcing, and we need to see if there's any fixes to this. Please advise. Thanks

A: Hi there,

Some webhosting email providers might block email based on geolocation.

If you find any of those, you can usually see that in the delivery logs and all you need to usually do is to email their provider to unblock.

Or email [email protected] with the recipients list that are being blocked and we can reach out to them.

Some members are using their government emails and not personal one's such as Gmail or outlook which is prompting these blocked emails. Unless you have IP pools out of the U.S. we will continue to have these issues. No fix for that since your servers are entirely in EU

Hundreds of our customers are also sending emails to government emails, without any issues.

Any email inbox provider can (and in most cases does), unblock Geolocation for our servers if asked when blocked.

We currently see no delivery issues related to geo blocking. And those who did in the past, unblocked it almost instantly.
