ValerieKMillerQ: Is this a "Warm up" email system?
I've been told by a video-based system to get a warmup program, so that my real email address does not get blacklisted. Would this serve this purpose?

This is not intended for warming up, but for the email delivery itself.
I would also not recommend using warming-up services, as our experience over the last few years shows that they actually hurt your sending.
Start sending slowly, and increase the number of messages sent, and keep it constant and genuine.
