Is there a way to bulk replace the [product_niche] and other placeholders on a per-sequence basis?
I was expecting a set of text fields for each [placeholder] item where I could enter my defaults and then "apply" to the sequence emails. After that I'd expect to read and tweak the emails as needed...
A: I'm glad to hear that you like the tool and the email you created with it.
Regarding your comment...if you are using the ‘Custom Script’ section, you won’t have to replace any placeholder. All you have to do is answer the questions the software will ask you about your product/services and target audience - and it will create the sequence for you.
This would give you the same results as having a set of text fields for each placeholder item where you could enter your defaults and then "apply" to the sequence emails.
The only difference is that you’re not using a fill-in-the-blank template. Instead, the software will take the info/answers you keyed into the text fields and use them to create a custom sequence for you. You can then send the sequence as is or read and tweak it the way you like.
If you decide to use the DFY section, the only way I know that you can bulk replace the placeholders is to export the script as a .doc file. Then you can find and replace each placeholder by following the steps here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/find-and-replace-text-c6728c16-469e-43cd-afe4-7708c6c779b7
Yes, I have a similar question... Each time we create a sequence, we have to answer some of the questions multiple times. It'd be great if we could create different "profiles" to pre-fill some of the answers (for example: product name, my name and position, ideal client, etc.)
Thanks a lot for your suggestion. Our team likes it and we'll consider adding it to our road map
Q: I have two questions please...
can you explain to me why I should have 2 codes instead of one just to get the email bank feature, what is the benefit of such feature?
I just got off the phone with a friend who does freelance email marketing does he need to buy 3 or more codes , is there a special agency feature that he needs more codes for?
A: When you buy two codes, you’ll get the following:
1. Access to all the features those that bought one code have.
2. The Email Bank Feature
3. Ability to add up to 10 users/team members to your EmailWritr account
4. Plus lots of new and existing features we’re planning to roll out for the tier 2 and tier 3 plans
The Email Bank feature allows you to store your own emails and sequences inside your EmailWritr account. You can store the emails you've written before or top-performing emails written by other people so you can swipe and use them later.
Sure, you can save these emails inside separate not taking apps like Google Docs, Ever Note and even Dropbox. But that would mean having some of your emails inside EmailWritr and some in other apps where you may forget them. Does that make sense? Is it not better to have everything inside one app?
Regarding your second question - if your friend has need for 30 sub-accounts to resell/gift to people and would like to save the emails he’s written before inside EmailWritr, he should stack 3 codes to get our agency plan.
But if the only thing he plans to with EmailWritr is creating emails and sequences for himself and for clients, he should buy just one code to get our tier 1 plan.
A: No. The 'email bank' feature is currently not available to those on the Tier 1 plan. To have the feature in your EmailWritr account, you have to stack two codes to upgrade to the tier 2 plan or three codes to upgrade to the tier 3 plan.
So, instead of paying to have the feature in tier 1, why not use the money to buy one more code?
Q: Hello,
Software looks interesting but I have few questions before I could jump in
1) Does this tool only ...
generate the emails or it sends the emails as well?
2) If it also sends emails, whats the limit on sending emails? Do you use your own SMTP or do I have to use my SMTP? Do you support Amazon SES? And can I send cold emails to bulk email ids that I can import?
3) If your tool does not send emails then which all email sending tools are natively supported for integration? Support for Enrich? Support for Kirim? Support for Automizy?
4) Where can I see the entire list of industries currently supported?
5) How many new templates and industries are added every month?
6) Will I get all future updates of templates and industries for lifetime irrespective of the Tier I purchase?
7) Where can I see the video of complete walkthrough of the entire software explaining all features in detail?
** EmailWritr only generate emails but does not send the emails. However, there’s VBOUT integration so users can push the emails they created from Emailwritr to VBOUT.
Our team of developers is also currently working on integrating Kirim and other autoresponders and email marketing platforms. Check out our public roadmap for more info: https://emailwritr.upvoty.com/
** You can see some of the email types supported here: https://www.emailwritr.com/#email-types:
As for industries, we currently have 27+ including real estate, ecommerce, affiliate marketing, SaaS, agencies and freelancing, MMO, dating and relationship, coaching and consulting, beauty and skincare, weight loss, health and fitness, and self-help.
And there’s a particular section that can be used to create emails and sequences that will fit any industry/niche.
**There’s no definite number of templates and industries added every month. Sometimes, we add up to 30 templates per month.
** When you purchase EmailWritr, you’ll get all future updates of templates and industries for lifetime for the plan you purchased.
** When you log in to your EmailWritr account, you’ll see a Training/Help Section with walkthrough videos on how to use every feature of this tool.
I just purchased agency tier and am doing a dry test run for onboarding a subaccount. Everything went smoothly, which is awesome!
However, when a client goes to create their sub account, the link they receive sends them to the same account creation form I used to redeem my codes. Using the same form is totally fine....BUT the code field says "AppSumo Code".
Will you please change that to just say "Code". Reselling a sub-account with this info undermines the agency. Thanks : )
A: No, you can only sell one sub-account to one person.
Here's why: When you try to sell or gift a sub account to someone, our system will generate and send him an email with a license code and sign up link. All the person has to do is click on the link and enter his info and the code to create the sub-account.
Now, if you try to sell another sub-account to the same person, he won't receive that email containing the code and sign up link. That's because our system will see that his email address already exists in our database.
A: 'Email Bank' is a feature that allows you to store your own emails and sequences inside your EmailWritr account. You can store the emails you've written before or top-performing emails written by other people so you can swipe and use them later.
The feature is exclusive to the Expert and Agency plans. So, it's not available to Premium Plan users.
For you to get access to the feature, you have to stack two codes (to upgrade your account to the Expert Plan) or 3 codes (to upgrade your account to the Agency Plan).
At the moment, the feature is available to only those on the Expert and Agency plans. If we decide to make it available for every user in the future, we’ll let you know.
Q: Hello EmailWritr Team,
Welcome to the AppSumo Marketplace.
I am interested in buying 3 codes, but I want to know the following:
The majority of my global business customers are from the Middle East and Africa and the Arabic language is very critical for my online business.
1. Does the EmailWritr platform support the International Trade Industry (Import/Export Business)? Can I use the EmailWritr platform to write sequence emails to Importers and Exporters regarding sourcing and selling commodities & products? Please provide any examples?
2. Does the EmailWritr platform support Right-to-Left (RTL) languages such as Arabic & Hebrew? If yes, do you have any examples of Arabic websites that use your platform?
3. Any plans to intergrate with Microsoft applications?
4. Any plans to intergrate with vBout, WishPond, INBOX, and KonnectzIT platforms? (All AppSumo Apps)
1. EmailWritr can work for almost every industry. That’s because there’s a section that can be used to create emails and sequences that will fit any industry/niche, product or services.
To use this section, select 'Others' as your industry when creating emails.
2. EmailWritr works only in English at the moment. So when creating email sequences, you'll have to answer the questions the software will ask you in English. After that, you can use the inbuilt translation feature to translate the sequence to any language of your choice.
3. There’s no integration with Microsoft applications at the moment. However, we’ll consider adding it to our roadmap
4. There is integration with vBout. And we’re working hard to integrate more popular CRM software and email marketing platforms as you may have seen on our public roadmap. So, we’ll consider adding WishPond, INBOX, and KonnectzIT to our road map.
Thank you very much for offering to teach us how to fix the alignment issue for Right-to-Left (RTL) languages. You can reach out to me directly at support@emailwritr.com.
Thanks

A: Yes, the differences between the three plans is the number of users (up to 3 for the tier plan, up to 10 for tier 2 and up to 50 for tier 3), email bank for tier 2 and 3 and the ability to have sub-accounts to resell for tier 3.
So, I recommend that you get the tier 1 plan if you have no need for sub-accounts and won't like to save the emails you've written before inside EmailWritr.

Hello Augustine,
Thank you for the quick response and for addressing my questions.
I purchased 3 codes and started testing the platform.
Great job team, except the Google translation for the Right-to-Left (RTL) languages is not aligned properly.
I speak all the Arabic dialects, if your team needs help, I don't mind helping for free to explain how to fix the language alignment issue.
Please provide me an email and I will reach out to you directly.
Other that the above small issue, you guys have done an excellent job on the EmailWritr platform.

Q: Hi there...
I found the pricing and feature comparison between AppSumo and your site very confusing.
For the differences between the three plans is the number of users, email bank (2 and 3) and the ability to have sub-accounts to resell (3)
Is that the only difference?
I'm a solopreneur and have no need for sub-accounts, but want to make sure I'm not missing out on any other features.
Augustine_EmailWritr
May 21, 2024A: Yes, the differences between the three plans is the number of users (up to 3 for the tier plan, up to 10 for tier 2 and up to 50 for tier 3), email bank for tier 2 and 3 and the ability to have sub-accounts to resell for tier 3.
So, I recommend that you get the tier 1 plan if you have no need for sub-accounts and won't like to save the emails you've written before inside EmailWritr.
