Great to see you back — and thanks for the question.
Just to clarify: you can’t stack multiple licenses into a single account (meaning you can’t combine them into one larger account). Each license — whether from 2021 or 2025 — applies to its own separate account, with its own contact limits and settings.
Let me know if I got your question right. I’ll be happy to help further!
Q: What is the monthly email send limit? Does the unlimited emails mean unlimited emails sent?
I.e. if I buy the 50,000 subscriber plan, can I send emails to them 3 times a day all monthly long or as long as my segments say to (i.e. 1.5M monthly send volume vs your plan rates at 600k)?
Also, is there some kind of restriction on API subscribing users for AppSumo buyers?
I noticed a comment about blocking API for appsumo users. Thank you.
All AppSumo LTD tiers (including Tier 6 with 50,000 subscribers) include unlimited email sending. That means there’s no hard cap on how many emails you can send per month.
!!! However, unlimited doesn’t mean “without consequences.” While you technically can send multiple emails per day, sending to your full list three times a day — especially at high volumes — can seriously harm your domain reputation and email deliverability. It may also trigger our internal anti-spam protections, which are in place to ensure a safe, high-quality environment for all senders.
Our recommendation is to send with intention: segment your audience, tailor your messaging, and avoid overloading inboxes. That’s the best way to maintain strong deliverability and build trust with your contacts.
If you have a specific campaign strategy in mind, feel free to reach out to us at support@encharge.io — we’d be happy to help you shape it for success!
A: Hey there — great question, and you're definitely not alone in asking 🙏
We’ve seen strong interest in bringing transactional emails and API-triggered events to Tier 6 and 7, and we completely understand why they’re valuable.
Right now, those features are part of our Premium subscription, mainly due to the infrastructure and deliverability safeguards involved. We don’t want to make any promises we might need to walk back — but we are listening and actively reviewing how to best serve power users on the LTD plans.
If this is mission-critical for you, feel free to reach out to support@encharge.io and we’re happy to discuss your setup or possible paths forward.
Thanks for asking directly — it’s exactly the kind of feedback we take seriously 🙌
Which following metrics do you plan to implement (if you plan to)? Which are your business priorities regarding: (1) how are you going to use fundings from this AS campaign (2) which are your plans if this campaign is not as profitable as expected.
A: Hey again ASW23768 — appreciate you coming back with another thoughtful one 🙌
When it comes to metrics and feature development, we’re trying to do things a little differently this time around. Rather than promising specific features or metrics (like X or Y reporting stat), we’re intentionally building based on our public roadmap and real user demand.
We’ve learned from past campaigns — and from our own lives as buyers — that it’s better to be transparent than to overpromise. So if something isn’t live yet, we won’t commit to it just to make a sale. No smoke, no mirrors.
You can always see and vote on what’s coming next at https://feedback.encharge.io. That’s how we decide what gets built.
As for business priorities, they remain the same as we shared earlier:
• Sharpen the user experience (Forms, Flows, onboarding, etc.) • Support long-term scalability — even for LTD users • Continue making Growth the right fit for 80% of marketing teams
Whether this campaign exceeds expectations or underperforms, our direction doesn’t change. I (David) was a Tier 5 buyer back in 2021 before becoming an owner — so this isn’t a flip or a cash grab. We’re building with intention.
Thanks again for asking 🙏 Always appreciate when people go deep.
Thank you, David, for the thoughtful and transparent response. The reason I asked about upcoming metrics is simply because some highly voted roadmap items seem to have been static for a while, making it a bit unclear where the team’s current focus lies in relation to those requests. That said, I truly appreciate you sharing your business priorities and the long-term commitment behind this project.
Q: Is there a native double opt-in yet?
The EU adopted GDPR in 2016, and it came into force in 2018. That means it has been nearly a decade... are you still using a workaround flow?
A: Hey Sumob — you’re absolutely right to ask this, especially with GDPR in mind.
At the moment, true double opt-in in Encharge still requires a custom Flow. While we’ve made it easier to build and replicate (and we provide a template to help), it’s not yet a native, one-click setting inside our Forms.
We agree it should be simpler — and it’s something we’re actively discussing internally. We don’t want to promise a timeline just yet, but we do recognize how important this is, especially for EU-based businesses.
Appreciate you keeping the pressure on — and thanks for helping us stay honest!
Q: Buying some more..?
I purchased 2 Tier 5 accounts on the first round. I can switch between them in the interface.
If I buy any additional accounts from this new offer, will they just be added to my account so that I can switch between them?
Thanks.

Q: there seems to be a big demand for transactional/api events for t6/7. is it realistic or should all waiting move on

$1000 response right there... though I still don't see how to do it within Encharge's forms.
