Q: How much prosnalization.

so there is "new order" Trigger mail in mailchip ...so if customer buys let say 6th time he gets a message congrats on 6th order..can encharge also really counts and do this customization peronalization.
GPT says no - if that not what is the use of "New Order" or "New Customer" All use case ..coz thats the only woth of sending a Mail...rest are very basics.
So Proivide me a List of Examples of usage of both.

Q: Question...

I was looking to buy this but got pulled into a meeting yesterday and looks like I missed it.

Though, was there an option in any of the plans for API where I could send contacts into a system and pull them out of a certain list or segmentation?

If there's an option to allow for purchase, that would be awesome.

If not, there are a few others I can choose from but I really liked Encharge.

Ahhh, that’s rough timing 😅 Totally understand how that goes—especially with surprise meetings.

To answer your question:

✅ Yes, Encharge does have an API that allows you to send contacts into the system and manage lists/segments. In fact, many users use the API to:

• Add/update contacts
• Assign tags or custom fields
• Trigger Flows via external tools
• Pull segmentation data
• Remove contacts or update subscription status

However... 😬 the ability to trigger Flows based on custom API events (like “user logged in” or “watched video”) is part of our Premium plan, which isn’t included in the AppSumo lifetime deal (those are mapped to the Growth plan only).

BUT: the core contact API, including list/segment/tag management, is still open to all LTD tiers—we never locked it down, even for 2025 buyers.

Q: Has anyone replaced their mailchimp with this product? I want to replace a clients Mailchimp subscription Possible?

I am trying to determine if there are any features this product lacks that I am currently using with my Mail chimp monthly subscription. My main two issues are
1. If i want to replace a clients mail chimp features do i need to buy two separate purchases of this product? Or can I just purchase the highest level and use the "subaccount" feature?
2. Does this product have a popup, or form feature that allows integrated embeds or linking with a domain to collect emails for a newsletter or sales funnel or lead magnet?

Appreciate the thoughtful questions—and yep, replacing Mailchimp with Encharge is 100% doable for most use cases (and honestly, it’s why a lot of people jump in with us).

Let’s go through both points:

1. Can I manage multiple clients with one purchase? Or do I need to buy separate accounts?
✅ You can absolutely manage multiple clients with one license, as long as you're on a high enough tier.

Here’s how it works:

• Each license includes subaccounts (think: isolated workspaces, each with their own contacts, flows, emails, etc.)
• For example, Tier 6 includes 12 subaccounts, so you can easily give each client their own clean environment
• All subaccounts share the total contact limit (in Tier 6, that's 50,000 total subscribers)
• You can invite your clients as team members to their specific subaccount(s) — all tiers have unlimited team members

No need to juggle multiple purchases. Just pick a high enough tier and you’re set 🙌

2. What about collecting emails via popups, embedded forms, or shareable links?
✅ Yes—we’ve got Native Forms that you can:

• Embed directly on your site
• Share as a link (hosted by Encharge)
• Customize with your own fields (email, name, etc.)
• Trigger automations (e.g. welcome email, tagging, nurture flows) as soon as someone submits

That said: we’re not a full-blown popup builder like ConvertBox or OptinMonster. Our forms are clean and simple. They’re great for lead magnets, newsletters, or pre-launch funnels—but if you want advanced popup behavior (like exit intent, scroll tracking, multi-step), you might want to pair us with a dedicated tool.

But for most Mailchimp replacement needs, you’re covered right out of the box.

Q: Adding HubSpot Integration on T6?

Hey David,

Great to se Encharge coming back to AS. I’ve just upgraded my 2021 T5 into T6! 🔥 being a solopreneur, I would like to request you guys to grant T6ers access to the HubSpot integration too. While I completely understand the motivations for driving people towards recurring Premium, this is a rather substantial investment for solopreneurs and I think I’m not alone in hoping for this. HS is highly common tool among solopreneurs today, and having the direct integration available would make the T6 investment much more valuable to solos. You could limit this somehow to cover growing businesses still being driven towards recurring subs down the road. Or alternatively a one-off fixed fee unlock for T6ers?

First off—really appreciate the thoughtful message and the kind words. Love seeing someone who backed Encharge in 2021 still actively using and investing in the tool 💪 That means a lot to us.

Regarding HubSpot: You're totally right, it's a widely used CRM, and we completely understand how valuable that integration would be for solopreneurs—especially power users like yourself who’ve now upgraded to Tier 6. That said, HubSpot is currently reserved for our Premium subscription plan, and there are no plans to open it up as part of the Growth-tier LTD (even at Tier 6).

We have made some exceptions for legacy users in the past—for instance, offering WooCommerce and Shopify as one-off $299 unlocks for 2021 buyers—but those were based on specific factors like user demand, infrastructure load, and how feasible it was to isolate the feature. With HubSpot, it’s trickier—both technically and in terms of long-term positioning.

That said... your idea of a one-off fixed fee unlock just for HubSpot on Tier 6 is actually pretty clever. We can’t make any promises (and don’t want to commit to something we might walk back on), but we’ve flagged it internally for discussion. If we can find a way to do it fairly—and in a way that keeps our roadmap sustainable—we’re absolutely open to exploring it.

Q: vs CRM?

Hi guys. I'm struggling with this because I'm trying to assess the value of this tool versus a CRM like Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, CRMOne, etc. Why would someone want to use encharge for their email delivery AND integrate with another CRM instead of just using Encharge exclusively? Especially for those who need phone capability (sms, dialiers, etc) for a sales based email list.

Great question—and one we get a lot from folks comparing Encharge to CRM-heavy platforms like GoHighLevel or HubSpot.

Here’s the thing: Encharge is not a CRM. It’s a powerful marketing automation platform. Think of us as the engine that drives email engagement, onboarding flows, and behavior-based automations—but not the full “sales pipeline” suite with native dialers, call tracking, SMS inboxes, etc.

That said... if your business is more sales-driven (outreach calls, SMS follow-ups, pipeline management), then tools like GoHighLevel or ActiveCampaign may be better suited as your "hub."

But here’s where Encharge really shines:

Here’s what we do exceptionally well:
